We currently offer these in 9"x 9" and 14"x 14" plate sizes to fit anchor bolts sizes from 5/8" up to 1-1/2" .
Made from 12 Gauge galvanized steel
The 9"x9" templates are adjustable from 4" to 6" bolt centers on a square pattern and 5" to 9" diagonally.
The 14"x14" template are adjustable from 5" to 10" bolt centers on a square pattern and 7" to 14" diagonally.
